William Ahmad Dobbs
Junior Client Executive
William serves as a Junior Client Executive at Culture Shift Team. He transitioned to this full-time role on August 1, 2022, after a year-long internship with CST. In his current position, William collaborates closely with clients, overseeing project deliverables and timelines. His expertise lies in data collection and analysis, helping organizations in crafting strategies to foster inclusive workplace cultures. Additionally, he focuses on developing messaging for both internal and external communications for clients and supports clients in government relations.
William is a member of the CultureConnect development team at CST. This innovative online education platform delivers content aimed at enhancing cultural competency, developed and curated by our team.
William is a graduate from the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School with a bachelor of arts degree in Public Policy. During his undergrad years, he worked as a Diversity Peer Educator at the University of Michigan. This experience, as well as his time on the Ford School's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion coalition, helped him gain valuable and practical field experience which he brings to CST.
Outside of academia, William has interned in both the legal and nonprofit sectors, with recent work in the field of international humanitarian development. His skills across these fields have developed with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. William is a member of and an activist in the Arab American/Muslim American community.
