Paola Serrano
Digital Design Specialist
Paola Serrano has more than 20 years of experience in graphic design, web design, and brand image creation for corporations, non-for-profit organizations, and personalities.
In her position as Digital Design Specialist at CST, Paola assists in the development of marketing campaigns for clients by designing culturally and linguistically appropriate communication tools to create higher impact with target audiences. Internally, Paola, is a member of the team who leads the creation of CST’s brand image and marketing pieces.
Before moving to the United States, Paola worked in the creative department of an advertising agency in Bogotá, Colombia. Paola holds a Bachelor of Graphic Design and Visual Communications from Universidad de Estudios Creativos in Bogotá, Colombia. For Paola, graphic design is more than a career, it is a passion she has followed her entire life giving her the impetus for continuously learning new styles and techniques.
Paola was a member of the inaugural ELLA (Entrepreneur Latina Leaders of America) program of the Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce. She has lived with her family in Nashville, TN since 2000.
