As client executive, Luisa works directly with clients in our multicultural marketing and advertising division managing the scope of work and day-to-day client communication. Her attention to detail, streamline of the workflow, and management of internal communications add to her leadership skills.
Luisa also assists the marketing team in research and analysis of data, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns, and supporting the community outreach team. Fluent in Spanish and English, she tailors culturally relevant messages that go beyond translation to connect with target audiences.
Luisa joined Culture Shift Team in 2018 as an intern helping in the development of the agency’s multichannel marketing strategy, investment, and execution through extensive market research from our Detroit office.
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Luisa moved to the U.S. in 2014 to pursue a degree in International Business and Culture from Tennessee Tech University. This experience allowed her the opportunity to begin to understand the differences between these two cultures as well as how diversity can boost positive outcomes for everyone.
