Client Executive
Jonathan "Jon" Merrill (he/him/his) is from the Chicagoland area. He received his Master's in Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago, and his career has focused on incorporating DEI practices in Academic and Student Affairs spaces. He has spent the last seven years in various staff roles at the University of Michigan where he led out diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives for students, staff, and faculty populations.
Jon has extensive project-based and facilitation experience; he is particularly passionate about creating learning spaces where individuals can increase their intercultural competency and dialogue with others.
In his role of Client Executive Jon ensures client projects are managed at a high level which includes leading client meetings as well as delegating action items to internal teams. He also provides subject matter expertise to deliver services including coaching, training, facilitation, and education for client and for CST product development and continuous improvement.
