Reports to: Client Executive
Role and Responsibilities
As a Junior Client Executive, you will develop long-term relationships with CST’s clients, vendors, and community partners in continuous collaboration with Culture Shift Team members and founders. This role will allow the right candidate to be very creative as they will assist in developing engaging content for various social media platforms, marketing materials, and video content.
You will be a great candidate if you like to work in a collaborative environment full of mission driven, innovative, and passionate people.

In this role we would partner on the following:

Assist in marketing strategy development and implementation
-
Assist in project management, organize client folders in our Google Suite, schedule internal meetings
-
Collaborate on internal projects and CST’s communications strategy development
-
Support business development efforts by participating in company’s presentations, webinars and meetings
-
Assist in market research including help organizing focus groups and other forms of research
-
Assist in all aspects of community outreach, including follow up emails and phone calls
-
Attend in-person events, if necessary
-
Assist in preparing marketing materials for community outreach
-
Website and Social Media copywriting
-
Implement CST’s social media content calendar and delivery of content across platforms
-
Assist in managing and overseeing social media content and accounts for CST and clients
-
Team up in the development of culturally & language relevant content creation

Develop SEO strategies

Qualifications and Education Requirements
-
2-4 years of experience supporting account and project management
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Proficient in Google Suite products, Microsoft Office and Excel related software
-
Strong project, time management, and organizational skills
-
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel with assigned territory
-
High school diploma

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred or a combination of education & experience

Bilingual (Spanish – English) Preferred
