Learn with CST’s Transformative Justice and Community Accountability subject-matter expert, Adrianna Flax.
We all live and work in community with one another. Our individual and community success relies on the health and safety of our communities.
Think about our workplaces and companies. How we manage conflict directly impacts how healthy and safe our work communities are. Our traditional conflict resolution models often fall short of addressing harms that are harder to detect, like microaggressions, and those that are large and multifaceted, like systemic racism. Further, the result of conflict resolution is often social isolation, probation, or firing.
This webinar provides a new framework through which to address conflict, Community Accountability in order to build trust, demonstrate transparency, support psychological safety, create effective teams, and support employee loyalty.
In this webinar, CST staff member, Adrianna Flax will discuss community as it relates to our workplaces and work teams, behaviors that keep the community healthy and intact, as well as the mindset shift needed to move toward a Community Accountability model for conflict resolution.
