Project Manager and DEI Specialist
Originally from Detroit, Morgan I. Williams is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where she majored in Sociology with a Law, Justice, and Social Change sub-plan. For most of her undergraduate career, Morgan served as a Diversity Peer Educator (DPE), operating in residence halls as a resource to counsel students in matters surrounding diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice. In addition to this role, she held an executive board position within Support for Incoming Black Students (S.I.B.S.), a peer mentorship program dedicated to the success and retention of this student population. Her interest in educational and economic equity led her to explore the nonprofit sector, both as a volunteer and employee for various organizations in southeast Michigan.
While in these positions, Morgan specialized in group facilitation, event programming, and digital content creation. She brings the wisdom gained from these rich experiences to CST, where she will be assuming a role on the Diversity Equity and Inclusion projects team. Morgan currently lives in Austin, Tex. and plans to attend law school in the near future.
