As CST's marketing specialists, Luisa helps develop the agency’s multichannel marketing strategy, investment, and execution through extensive market research. On the client-side, she researches and analyzes data, manages, and optimizes social media campaigns, and supports the community outreach team. Fluent in Spanish and English, Luisa tailors culturally-relevant messages that go beyond translation to connect with target audiences.
