Kristen is a Master of Education candidate in Vanderbilt’s Leadership and Organizational Performance program. She has over seven years of experience working with arts and culture nonprofits. Through her experience in arts education and community engagement, Kristen has developed a passion for cultivating inclusion and belonging within organizations. She is interested in empowering organizations to make data-based decisions to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her background in the arts strengthens her cultural awareness and creativity in the workplace.
With a portfolio of over 350 successfully launched projects and campaigns, Nicolette is highly experienced in the product development pipeline and enjoys working with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects. Outside of work, her areas of interest are enjoying new restaurants, playing tennis, and soccer.
