Elise Butler
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Associate
Elise Butler is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan where she studied Communication & Media studies with a Sales Track through the Ross School of Business. She has been fortunate to have some experience in DEI throughout her collegiate career at the University of Michigan and is looking forward to transferring the knowledge she has gained from her prior experiences, learning more, and engaging with clients and programming at Culture Shift Team.
Elise is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion becoming a larger aspect in the workplace and society at large and helping in increasing educational and professional opportunities for students of marginalized communities. She is excited to delve into her role here at Culture Shift Team to gain new insights into DEI and Marketing, provide a helping hand towards more diverse, inclusive, and equitable spaces and opportunities with clients, while also learning the ins and outs of this field of work.
