A native of Medellin, Colombia, Alexandra brings a dynamic and inclusive leadership style to her role as Multicultural Marketing agent and to her involvement in the community. Her experience includes brand concept development, strategic communications, inbound and outbound marketing, event development, and corporate public relations. She has played an active role in some of Memphis’ most influential events, committees, boards, and fundraisers. Alex was awarded the 2015 Memphis Elite Eleven Award.
Tisch brings to ContigoCulture a driven leadership style for diversity and inclusion, which is represented by her extensive involvement and volunteerism in the Memphis community. Her experience includes numerous start-up ventures, strategy development, event development, and major business initiatives. She has played an important role in some of Memphis’ most notable events, committees, boards, and fundraisers. Tisch was awarded the 2016 George Mabon HR Executive of the Year Award and the 2017 HR Lifetime Achievement Award by SHRM-Memphis, and the 2015 HCM Partner of the Month by Ceridian.
Esteban Pedraza is an American filmmaker of Colombian descent. He grew up in Nashville, TN and graduated with a BFA in Film and Television from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. During college, he won a short film competition held by the Tony Blair Faith Foundation for his three-minute short "People I Know." Since graduating in 2013, Esteban formed a partnership with fellow NYU alumni which produced many client-based and creative projects. One of them is an original short film about touch, intimacy and a profound sense of longing titled “DeafBlind Couple.” The film went on to play at festivals around the U.S., winning the Audience Award at the Oscar-qualifying 2017 Ann Arbor Film Festival. Among his client-based work are two short documentaries commissioned by Conexión Américas, an exemplary Nashville based nonprofit dedicated to helping immigrants from all over the world of any status find their place within the American culture and systems.
Most recently, Esteban shared a co-writer and co-director credit on a feature film by Ann Lupo titled, “In Reality.” What started as a romantic comedy web series became a feature thanks to an investment from the production company, Super Deluxe. The film was completed in the winter of 2017 and is currently an official selection at the 2018 Los Angeles Film Festival and Raindance Film Festival. Esteban has also worked as an Assistant and Lead Editor on several commercial campaigns for brands such as Ford, HP, Samsung, Penske, American Express, and more. Most recently, he directed a suite of short animation spots for the Takata Airbag Recall campaign helmed by the Culture Shift Team and produced for BMW USA and Nissan North America.
Carlos J. Martinez G. has put his expertise in process management to work in a variety of sectors, from finance to manufacturing to technology. He currently provides web and mobile app development advice, along with process optimization guidance, through his Franklin, Tenn.-based consultancy, Big Hub Solutions. Carlos is professionally certified in GitHub and Google Analytics. Born and raised in Colombia, Carlos carries a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, a graduate certificate in finance and advanced certifications from the Tennessee Language Center.
