Adrianna has developed cutting edge DEI curriculum, focused on revolutionizing how we think about and navigate conflict. She encourages listeners to consider their workplaces as communities, creating shared responsibility for addressing harms and learning new strategies for navigating conflict.
Adrianna is a veteran of the nonprofit sector in both New York and Nashville, TN where she built a foundation of understanding the experiences of underrepresented communities. Working to disrupt cycles of poverty and provide historically excluded young people access to college, Adrianna developed a keen awareness of the social dynamics that create and perpetuate marginalization. She uses these experiences and her own intersectional identity to inform her consulting practice, speak to a broad array of audiences and provide DEI executive coaching.
Adrianna is a Jewish Latina and proudly part of the LGBTQ+ community. She holds a master's of professional studies in arts and cultural management from Pratt Institute in New York, NY and is certified in DEI in the Workplace through the University of South Florida.
